  I was initially a bit hesitant about booking with SkiTrips, mainly because everything was handled via email, and I’m part of the newer generation where everything's usually done through apps. But I was completely wrong! Martin took care of everything flawlessly – transfers, hotel, ski passes, and skis – everything went so smoothly that I could hardly believe it. Once we got to Bansko, Maria, our rep, was absolutely wonderful. She answered all our questions, made restaurant reservations, and helped with so much more. I couldn't be happier with our choice. I’ll definitely be booking with SkiTrips and Martin again! A huge thank you to them for making my surprise trip for my partner so perfect – it exceeded all his expectations and truly gave us the best holiday possible!

  The holiday went perfectly ….thank you so so so much for everything you did leading up to the trip. You were always really responsive and made the booking process straight forward. Everything turned up on time and went smoothly in terms of transfers and hotel check in. Hotel Festa Winter Palace was lovely and a great location with a gorgeous spa area too. All in all you and your company did a fantastic job, we loved the holiday and hotel and we would certainly use you again when we return to Bulgaria on a snow holiday. Highly recommend

  Everything went as expected or better. Communication throughout has been great. In the past we had booked through Balkan Holidays, so prior to leaving I was wondering how the experience would be, and honestly, I couldn’t be any happier. Would definitely book again 😊⛷️❄️

  Martin was great from start to finish, he gave me plenty of options to choose from and always replied to my messages very quickly.   Hi Martin. Now that we are back from Borovets. I wanted to drop your line to say thanks. The whole process booking with you and the package that was provided was seamless. The flights there and back were spot-on - which I booked via easyJet to coincide with the booking plans you helped us with. The taxi met us in arrivals at Sofia and brought us directly to the hotel. The driver was very friendly although the car was a bit ‘tired’ and his driving was a little lively on occasion!! But we survived. The ELA hotel was excellent especially for a three star - closer to 4 in my opinion. The food, Location, spa, and ambience were great. Located directly opposite the Samokov and less than 100 yards from the Gondola!! Hunters ski hire was again seamless. And when they knew that we were at Ela hotel, they gave us the option to get our skis from their sister location at the Lodge Hotel which is next door to Ela. So every day we came out of the Ela hotel walked 50 yards to the lodge. Got our warmed dried boots on and skis. And walked another 50 yards on to the gondola. The skis and boots we booked were premium which I’d always recommend and did not disappoint. Fischer RC4s and Head SX were our choice (we were given a selection to choose from). Other than ski and ski out that’s as good as you could possibly ask for. So big thank you from myself and my party. We had a great time and we will recommend you in future. Thanks again

  Absolutely perfect 100% Booked a ski trip for my 3 sons. All the boys had a fantastic time - went ski school, ended doing red runs!! Really enjoyed it and would happily go again. Your service and promptness was impeccable, the transfers went without any hiccups - the kit provided was ideal, so to conclude a massive thank you.   We have just returned from our week in Bansko… Martin organised our trip with everything included and we had the best week! Everything worked so well with the transfers, accomodation, ski hire and passes etc. We made a few changes on the run up to the holiday, (sorry Martin for being a pain!) but Martin was fantastic and able to accomodate all of our requests. Overall an incredible week skiing, we are very happy with how it all turned out! Thank you so much! 100% recommend 🌟

  We have just returned from memorable ski trip in Borovets. Martin has organised for us the whole trip from airplane tickets, hotel, transfer, ski passes and equipment. Everything was so easy and no hassle at all. The hotel was amazing. We stayed in hotel Lion. The ski shop recommended to us ski instructor, who was brilliant and he took us around various ski slops. We can’t wait to book again with Martin our next ski trip.

  I went on a ski trip to Borovets in March 2022. Best trip! Martin was so helpful! We had issues when we first arrived with our accommodation but it got sorted within 15min of calling him. 100% recommend and hope to use this company again very soon.

  Just back from a fabulous holiday in Borovets. The transfer was perfect both ways and on time. The Rila hotel in Borovets was gorgeous , rooms were great and a good select of food, we were half board, options from vegan to roasts and gluten free, different milks etc. The rooms for our party were next to each other. Picking up lift passes and equipment was seamless and the boots were very comfortable. Snowboarding lessons were excellent, both my son in law & 10yo daughter really enjoyed them and as first time boarders were both very capable on blue runs by the end of the week. The only slight issue we had was the ski lessons didn’t finish at the same time as the snowboarding but we just skipped the afternoon ski sessions to coincide with when my daughters snowboard lessons finished. That did put us out of sync with the rest of the ski lesson group which was fairly mixed In ability and also had new people joining the group on different days, it was a bit too much of a mix for us so next time I’d book private ski lessons rather than the group. Everything Martin sorted was perfect and when we next go back to Bulgaria I’ll definitely book with Ski Trips again, I’ve already recommended Martin to a couple of people for next year.

  We had a great trip to Borovets booked through Martin - our first time in Bulgaria and pick up and Hotel was all great - fun lively town - all went like clockwork. Shame about snow conditions but that is what we live with! Thank you Martin (from 3 old gits🙈😂)

  We had a great time, thanks Martin! Everything worked really well with the transfers and ski hire. Hotel was nice too! The only thing that could have been improved was the room size. Some of the sofa beds for 2 large males was a bit cramped. But we made it work as luckily the hotel had a few bigger rooms to offer. Overall though very happy with how it all turned out so thank you very much for helping to make the ski stag do such a success!
