Terms and conditions                                          

 

- We, Ski Trips, act as a go-between for your holiday accommodation and any other related services. Your contract will be with your accommodation owner or other service provider.
- Prices are per apartment per week unless otherwise advised.

- Payment of rent and deposit entitles the renter to use the apartment for the agreed period.

- Transfers and ski packages are booked through Hunters Ski, Borovets, Bulgaria.

- Arrivals are after 4pm, departures before 10am, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

- 50% of rental to be paid at time of reservation. This is non-refundable.

- Remaining 50% to be paid 2 months before arrival date. Failure to do so will forfeit booking.

- Accommodation name is as stated on the Booking Form.

- Bookings of 2 weeks or more receive 25% discount.

- A fully refundable deposit of up to £100 per person may be requested to be held against loss or damage to the property.This must be payable to Hunters Ski School before the handover of keys, and will be returned (subject to inspection) upon vacation of the property.

- Cancellation prior to payment of full balance - no return of deposit.

- Cancellation after payment of full balance - no refund.

- Holiday insurance is strongly recommended.

- No responsibility is held by the apartment owners for poor weather, injury or sickness, or loss/damage of personal property.

- No pets are permitted.

- We source accommodation but are not responsible for their quality, location, etc. Any issues regarding accommodation must be resolved with the apartment owner and not ourselves.

- We have not inspected nor do we have any control whatsoever over any property listed on our site and we make no representations or warranties regarding any of the properties.

- We are unable to provde details of apartment owners unless we have their express consent to do so.

- The apartments are strictly non-smoking. Any smoking will result in forfeiture of deposit.
