Snow guarantee                                                 

Although we can't guarantee 100% that there will be snow while you are skiing in Borovets, we understand that a snow-free week can ruin your holiday. That's why we are offering a Snow Guarantee for all bookings made before 14th November 2009.

Should there be no snow for 50% or more days of your ski holiday, then we will refund 50% of your accommodation costs.

We can't say fairer than that!
